Our client wanted to incorporate their whole portfolio into one limited company name from joint individual names.

All the properties were on a discounted rate, so were liable for rate increases and all expired at different times. The client wanted the same rate across the whole portfolio, with the same expiration date.

They were also concerned about future rate increases, so we recommended a fixed rate for five years.

What our client said about working with us

Very prudent advice from Nick to fix mortgage deals this summer, given rate volatility. Exceptional support from Beth (particularly the proactive communication updates) – I never had to wonder what was going on. Many thanks to Debbie for stepping in when Beth was away to get the final deals with KRBS over the line. Thank you. Much appreciated!

Why work with a mortgage advisor?

Navigating the mortgage landscape can be tricky for someone who isn’t an expert. Especially in complex situations like this one, it’s worth working with someone you trust that has an in-depth understanding of the ins and outs of mortgages. That’s where we come in!
